- Arrange meetings
- Help with any necessary errands
- Serve as the front face and greet guests at reception
- Manage kitchen, groceries and supplies
- Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success) to continuously refine lead qualification criteria and ideal customer model.
- Relevant administrative experience supporting a high-level executive in a fast-paced environment
- An all hands-on deck mentality where there is no task too big or too small
- Team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed
- Super organized and highly detail oriented
