Office Assistant

  • Arrange meetings
  • Help with any necessary errands
  • Serve as the front face and greet guests at reception
  • Manage kitchen, groceries and supplies
  • Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success) to continuously refine lead qualification criteria and ideal customer model.


  • Relevant administrative experience supporting a high-level executive in a fast-paced environment
  • An all hands-on deck mentality where there is no task too big or too small
